  I was quoted from both Michelle and Neil "5 working days, probably less, for the turn around of the job". I called on day four to arrange delivery and was told it would now be 9 working days. When asked if it was policy to inform customers of a delay, they agreed and apologised. I threatened them with a suggested discount on my job if not finished in time. I was then promised delivery on day six and have now been waiting all day for a delivery that has not showed. A further call to them and I was informed delivery would now be tomorrow. As a first time customer with LW I was asked for a deposit of half the quote which I paid in good faith. The good faith from LW was not returned. I will not be using this company again. Far too much hassle for what should have been a drama free job.
